22nd day of February 2006, under the Company and Allied Matters 1990 with Registration No.RC:646183.The Company has its Head (main) office located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria and with a branch office in Lagos. The company holds valid version of the following permits and certificates: NUPRC/NIPEXPRE-QUALIFICATION Acorn Projects Ltd has earned a deserved reputation for excellent and high quality services brought about by our dedicated personnel through top notch training,
uncompromising safety practices, reliable and competent support services, applying latest technology in delivering projects and services safely, on schedule and on budget to the satisfaction of our clients.

NIGERIAN CONTENT POLICY
It is ACORN PROJECTS LIMITED’S Nigerian Content Development (NCD) Policy to comply with the Nigeria Content Directive of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on local content. To give preference to materials, suppliers and manpower from Nigeria and to make use of services and facilities, professional or otherwise which are rendered by Nigerians or
companies incorporated in Nigeria, except when after proper search, such services/facilities are not available in Nigeria.

To fully comply with the NCD directive, ACORN PROJECTS LIMITED shall domicile all engineering and location of project procurement, project management team activities in Nigeria and carrying out in-country maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain commitment by deliberate addition or creation of value in Nigeria via capacity building, technology transfer programs, and technology mentorship programs, creating opportunities in human resources, development of Nigerian contractors and suppliers and implementing various innovations that will increase Nigerian content development in Nigeria.
